Hey, good people!

It has been a while, and so much has happened! I am back in the A, and I’ve been here for about six weeks. I was at the airport with four suitcases, a dog, a duffel bag, and a handbag trying to make an early ass flight! I was under the impression that all my bags were free…HA! WELL, I WAS WRONG AS TWO LEFT FEET! Hahaha! The lady behind the counter started rattling off fees, and I had to suck it up and say, “okay!” I was headed back to Atlanta, so it had to be paid, but she cut me a break, and I only paid for my dog and one carry-on bag. I grabbed a sandwich and gum, off to the A.

Oh, I found out recently that my new business partner lives with his girlfriend, his wife, and their three children. Yall, my mouth was wide open, and I didn’t know what to say…..and of course, my curious ass had more questions, but I responded, “Oh, Okay!” I was thinking, why did he tell me this shit! What made him feel the need to share those details.

My birthday was last month, and I received many calls, messages, and gifts! I feel so blessed!! I am grateful to be here another year because these last few years have been a mixture of crazy and incredible! I genuinely love my family and friends! Also, I had the most fantastic birthday dinner. He is always very casual, but he took it up a notch for my birthday dinner and dressed up for the occasion. Even though it was my day, I had to celebrate him for a few minutes to tell him, “I see you, Boo!” hahaha Great food, good drinks, and fantastic company! Then, over the weekend, we took a short trip to see New Edition, and it was a great time. Dinner, shopping, laughs and a good concert. We haven’t known each other for an extended period, but it feels like I’ve known him forever! I will share more about him another time. 😉

After the birthday trip, I caught a flight to Jersey to spend time with my sister and Daddy, which is always good. Plenty of drinks, food, laughs, and love for a lifetime. Daddy flew back to Los Angeles, and I returned to the A. I love my family!
