Lately, it has been raining like crazy in Atlanta, and I don’t want to leave my house after work. Hahaha, I don’t watch television often, but I am addicted to the show Virgin River on Netflix. I watch, fall asleep, wake up, and watch the missed episodes. I have had a few house guests recently, and I love company. Hahaha, I don’t keep any snacks at home, so I always go to the store and get goodies for the guests. I still have some changes to make to my bedroom and half of my sunroom, but my furniture makeover is almost complete.

I got together with some friends to celebrate their birthdays! I love a good birthday celebration. We ate, laughed, talked, opened gifts, and they took a ton of photos, hahaha. I am not a big-picture person, but my friends make me take pictures, so I don’t have a choice. The food was so good, and I can’t wait to return.

I recently went home to Los Angeles for a few days and spent some time with family and friends. My Daddy was away on a cruise, but he left food in the refrigerator, so I cleaned that baby out and threw all the damn food away. 😂 I thought he would be mad when he returned, but he was thankful and appreciative. I feel loved and refreshed when I spend time with my family and friends. I checked on the lizard Ren to ensure he had food and that his area was clean. I was not cleaning his space, but I wanted to check on him because if he crawled out, he would be out until Daddy returned home. 😂 I went to brunch and dinner with some friends and had a great time like always. They told me that I would love the Jerk Sauce and that I needed to go to KFC while on vacation. BET!

Welcome to Jamaica, Man! I had a wonderful time, but I had a suntan and heat rash because I stayed at the pool and beach all day! The wedding was beautiful, and the bride, groom, and guests jumped in the pool at the end of the reception. I had a wonderful massage and had to cancel my facial because I was leaving the next day. We spent a few hours in town and stopped by KFC; I don’t know what the hell is in that chicken, but the line was crazy!!! The drive-thru line was down the block, and the customers were packed inside like sardines. 😂 The lines were so long that we decided not to wait and ate elsewhere. When I return, KFC will be my first stop! I came home with so much liquor my damn arm almost fell off while waiting in line for customs. Hahaha, My bar has a variety of Rum Cream and Rum.

Date nights are full of laughs, good food, and intimacy. My skin was horrible after my vacation, but date night was the following day, so I had to pull it together and get this skin under control. I used several scrubs and was triple moisturized so I didn’t look like a lizard. Hahaha, I was in LA, then Jamaica, so we couldn’t wait to see each other, and dinner was excellent, as always. We had our first road trip a couple of months ago, and it was a great time! We did some shopping and ate good food; his family was lovely. I am looking forward to our next trip. He has met my framily in Atlanta and they enjoyed him at the family gathering.

The relationship is healthy, the communication is excellent, attraction is through the roof, we have fun together, his words and actions align, and I feel safe ❤️ However, it’s scary! I say scary because the relationship is good, but I don’t want anything crazy to happen or get hurt, so I try to be open and guard my heart at the same time. I know that sounds crazy, but it’s my job to keep my heart safe, and I haven’t done the best job in the past. He travels quite a bit for work, but he’s never too busy for me and I appreciate that wholeheartedly! He is very chill and zen and my ass can be crazy and always cracking jokes, so we balance each other out. He has lived worldwide 🌎 and I love to hear the stories about his life and work. I’m enjoying the moment!

Side note: Am I the only person that love to hear about people’s jobs and what happened at the meeting? I love to hear work stories. Please share 😂 “Kevin did what? And what did Cynthia say?” 😂😫
